✰ Terms of Service ✰*Prices are subject to change without direct notice!I. Payment★ Please fill out any required forms or specifications needed to commission me if needed (Google forms) and read through my Terms of Service before ordering a commission from me.★ Payment must be upfront through PayPal before the commission is started.★ I will NOT refund any money to a commissioner if they are unhappy with the complete final product of a commission. I send many WIP pictures and changes should be asked for at these times. I will also charge extra for major changes to line art or colored pieces if changes are asked for beyond when I asked for comments on the artwork.★ Commission prices are subject to change without notice. I choose to price my work based on how much time and effort it takes me to complete each commission type, and if you don't like that you can seek business elsewhere.★ Accepted currency for commissions must be sent through PayPal for a commission. Currency may occasionally be other forms of "payment" like art or characters, which again will usually be stated by me somewhere on a post or description.★ Commission prices will be stated in my google forms, here on my carrd, or in my commission announcement posts!★ You may inquire about additional charges for add-ons or different commission types not listed at any time, my contact info can be found on the home page of this site!II. General Terms★ Provide a clear, unshaded digital reference of your character accompanied with a Toyhou.se link or some other form of extra examples
(if other examples are able to be provided)★ I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel I can't properly fulfill the request due to character complexity or commission request, or if the request/customer makes me uncomfortable. This includes requested deadlines or additions, or if the customer acts inappropriate in any way. If payment was issued, it will be refunded.★ I will not accept a text description of ones character in place of a visual reference unless stated otherwise by me!★ If the stated directions on my carrd, google form, or in the description of my post are not followed by the commissioner when engaging in ordering a commission, I have the right to refuse the customer service.★ The customer must provide a clear and detailed description of what they want when commissioning me, If I'm confused, I can't ensure the customer's complete satisfaction or accuracy of the commission.★ When commissioning me, make sure to specify any special requests, character specifics, additions, or details before I begin your artwork. This includes things like color palettes, poses, expressions, props, additional characters, gore, etc. Changes can also be requested when WIP's are sent!★ I WILL NOT make big changes after a piece has already been finished, small changes are fine but I send updates after the sketch AND line art, please say something then! (Unless I miss markings on your ref, in which case please correct me!)★ I am not accountable for whether you dislike certain aspects of my art style and still decide to commission me anyways. You are allowed to request that some small changes be made (i.e. no yellow teeth, no eye bags, no drool, no acne, etc.) But these things must be said before I start. (If you realize you don't want something and tell me when I check in with a WIP, that's alright, too.)★ Please do not refer other artists art styles or examples to me and ask me to "replicate this"★ I will announce whether I'm taking a certain amount of commission slots or not when opening my requests. Some may be first come first serve, randomly chosen, or otherwise. If the customer doesn't respect this, I have the right to refuse them service and potentially blacklist them.★ Please note that some content I create and post is not suitable for those under the age of 18. I create gore and nsfw content and I am not comfortable with minors interacting with this content.★ I am not responsible for your artwork if you do not save it or if you lose it after it is sent to you, I clear out my files fairly often, so I may not have your art for you if it becomes lost! Sorry!★ I will use the artwork I create for you for my own personal advertisement of my business unless stated otherwise by the commissioner!★ You may repost and share your commissioned artwork, but only as long as I am clearly credited somewhere for creating the piece. Do not remove my watermark. You do not have the right to claim it is your own created artwork under any circumstances.★ Any artwork depicting 18+ themes like gore, drug use, or nsfw of any kind may only be ordered by persons of 18 years or older with absolutely no exceptions, I may also ask that you send a censored image of your ID to confirm your age.★ If you ghost me/disappear in the middle of a commission, you won't be refunded and you will be blacklisted. If you ghost me in the beginning before payment is received, you may also be subject to being blacklisted.★ You can always ask questions about commission types or otherwise without having to actually commission me, just a reminder!★ I will not draw any heavily copyrighted symbols or characters, but props with logos and brands are alright!III. Will & Won'tI Will Draw:✦ Anthros, monsters, strange creatures, aliens, etc.
✦ I'll try any species, even closed species!
✦ Feral
✦ Gore
✦ Nsfw
✦ Vomit, tears, drug use, drool, snot, blood, etc.
✦ Specific kinks/uncommon kinks (ask me first!)
✦ Basic props (food, phones, drinks, etc.)
✦ Some humans (please show me your character's reference first, I'm very picky with these ones!)
✦ Fan charactersI Won't Draw:✦ Mecha/excessive robotic aspects
✦ Feral nsfw, cub nsfw, cub
✦ Inflation kink
✦ Nsfw scat, diapers, pregnancy, latex, littles, minors, or just anything I'm uncomfortable with! (Ask me!)
✦ Overly complex props / backgrounds / characters / requests
✦ More than 2-3 characters in one artwork (potentially subject to change over time)
✦ I will NOT draw anything racist or hateful, or anything that may be harmful or insensitive
✦ Do NOT request art of characters that you do not have the right to or that are not your own (unless you're commissioning gift art for someone else!)...✪ If there is commission type that isn't listed here, feel free to reach out and discuss whether I'm comfortable with drawing it or not! This rule applies for quotes as well! ✦ Hey! I'm a digital artist from Chicago! I go by "Vile" or "Vanilla", and my pronouns are she/they! I'm 20 years old and I'm a proud Twiztid juggalo! I started my digital art journey around 2019, but I've been messing with digital and traditional art since about 2017! I use an Ipad Pro along with Procreate to create most of my art nowadays! ✦⍟ Some of my favorite creatures are kangaroos, rats, skunks, deer, bunnies/hares, opossums, monkeys, dragons, and much more!⍟ My favorite music consists of Twiztid, Monoxide, Mother Mother, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Korn, System of a Down, and more!⍟ Some things I'm interested in are taxidermy, digital art, vulture culture, true crime, horror, FNAF, Overwatch, concerts, character design, art and music in general, animals / animal science, & more!
